Public Data Portal

 

To locate information in the district’s records, begin by searching the Public Data Portal. This database contains a variety of information on Ventura County facilities, including those that have been issued permits by the district to operate equipment that releases pollutants into the air. It is searchable by address, city, company name, and type of facility or complaint. Some search results can be downloaded in a spreadsheet. Data is updated weekly.

 

Available information includes the following:

 

  • For facilities with current permits

    o Current permit documents with details on equipment, allowed emissions and requirements

  • For facilities registered or permitted by the district

    o Addresses and types of facilities
    o Five-year history of inspections, complaints, violations and notices to comply

  • For all locations

    o Air quality complaints and the outcome
    o Notices of violations issued in the past year and settlement amounts
