Pay by Credit or Debit Card

 

 

Ventura County Air Pollution Control District accepts payments by phone and online using a major credit card, debit or pre-paid debit card including:

 

 

  1. Pay by phone by calling 1-(888) 604-7888, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will need to have the invoice on hand. You will be asked to give the Payment Location Code (PLC) below.
     
  2. Pay online, you will need the invoice containing the following information:
     
  • Type of payment you are making. Click the appropriate link below.
  • Invoice number.
  • Facility number or Permit number.
  • Be sure to pay the exact amount on the invoice. If you are paying multiple invoices, enter the additional invoices in the comments section. The amount being paid must be the total of all the amounts due on the invoices.
  • A service charge by GovPayNet applies to each transaction. The amount of this charge will be provided to the cardholder for acknowledgement and acceptance prior to the completion of the transaction. This processing fee is tiered with a minimum charge of $1.50. Each tier roughly averages 3.5% of the transaction amount but percentages within the tier will vary from this average.
  • GovPayNet is a private credit and debit card processing company and will be the Merchant of Record for all payments made to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District through GovPayNet.
